Intent - At Heage Primary School, all pupils are inspired to achieve their creative potential through using experimentation to find their artistic voice.

Children will be able to experience the joy of creativity by drawing on knowledge of artists, art forms, materials and media to achieve this.

Implementation – Work will be progressive and follow elements across the whole school from EYFS to Year 6.  The units of work will follow a set structure which allows all children the opportunity to recall prior knowledge, build upon that knowledge, practise set pieces explicitly, discover an artist’s work and find their artistic voice.
