Breakfast: 7:45am to 8:45am (collection at the bottom blue gate at 7:45am. All other arrivals should come up the drive and call The Base

After School:  3:30pm to 6pm

How do I book on for The Base? 

You can contact the school office to book on to The Base -please bear in mind that we have to stick to ratios and may not always be able to accomodate at late notice.

How much is The Base?

We also offer a nominal charge for 8:30 -8.45 for those parents who need to leave before the gates open at 8:45am. Please contact the school office if you need this service.

How much notice do I need to give if my child will not be attending? 

You will need to gove at least 24 hours notice if you do not wish your child to have their space. This then allows us to free up the space to other families who may need the space at the last minute.

What happens if I am late paying? 

We ask all parents to pay in advance of sessiosn where possible. However, this may not always be possible. Therefore any late payments after speaking with the school office may result in your child's place being withdrawn. Please do speak to us if you are in financial difficuties and we can signpost for support.

Who should I contact if I have any concerns or questions?

Mrs Clark is our Base Manager and she also works in school. You can contact her via the school office info@heage.derbyshire.sch.uk with FAO Mrs Clark in the title.
